Dear Anne,
 It
is almost Spring and time to do the spring cleaning.
My husband has asked that
I get better organized with all my products and move them
all to one room instead of having them scattered between 3
rooms. So, now I have my office, and an EclipseSpa room.
But what I did not anticipate was the over abundance of my
shower gels. Guess I went a little crazy and made too many
of them. With that said, I have decided to have a spring
cleaning sale for my shower gels. The spring time deal is

Spa Tips
9 Easy steps to a spa pedicure
Before putting on those sexy, comfortable open toe shoes make
sure your feet skin is in good condition. With these easy nine
steps you too will have silky feet. So go ahead get ready to
do your own pedicure. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes in warm
water containing bath salts or a foot soak.
Use a pumice stone, exfoliating scrub to gently scrub the
soles of your all over your feet and heel to remove dead skin.
Dry your feet.
Trim your toenails and push back cuticles.
Rinse feet once again and pat dry.
Massage feet with plenty of lotion. Body lotion, or a foot
cream can be used.
Wrap feet on plastic bags and cover for at least 15 minutes.
Paint toe nails. Make sure to apply at least to coats of nail
polish and a top coat of clear nail polish to give it more
shine. Give it enough time to dry, before putting on any
shoes. If you put on shoes too soon your pedicure will get
ruin.

Sloppy Joes
This
healthy recipe is from the
Minnedsota Soybean Research Council which studies and
reports the many health benefits of this excellent source of
fiber and protein. Research indicates that people in Japan who
eat soy foods daily are less likely to get cancer than people
in Japan who seldom eat soy foods. Soy foods may also help to
prevent
type 2 diabetes
or complications the disease, reduce menopausal symptoms, and
decrease the risk of osteoporosis. So, enjoy these delicious
Sloppy Joes...there soy good for you!
Make 6 servings
1 cup boiling water
1 Tbs bottled chili sauce
1 cup dry TSP (Textured Soy Protein)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cider vinegar
Combine the boiling water and 1
Tbs chili sauce and pour them over the TSP to rehydrate it.
Set aside.
Saute the onion, zucchini and
bell pepper in a nonstick pan until tender (add a little water
if necessary to prevent sticking). Add the rehydrated TSP and
cook, stirring for another minute.
Stir the tomato sauce, 1/4 cup
chili sauce, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar
into TSP mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on hamburger
buns. |
